We have been offering our service for the decoration of hollow glass since the dawn of this market, we have grown with our decorating clients and we continue to develop both together as well as individually, new tactics to face the modern needs of new applications.

Toughening lines
If the annealing process removes tensions from the glass after forming, a toughening line restores the tension of the glass itself. By means of the toughening process, our plant, both on belt as well as on spindle, makes it possible to increase mechanical and thermal resistance of hollow glass articles, making them safer for use and applications in our modern day lives.

Thanks to this process, the article becomes two/three times more resistant to mechanical shock than any other annealed product, fragmentation after a fall is controlled: the glass pieces will be extremely small and therefore not as dangerous. This process naturally selects the products of highest quality. Scrap tempered glass or recovered glass may in any case be recycled countless times and may be mixed at the time of composition.

Scrapers
With WEAR-PROOF STEEL BOTTOM (WITHOUT THE USE OF BASALT)
Provided with special blades, activated by a high resistance concrete chain, built exclusively from our own design.  Complete of rotation control device, torque limiting device and emergency stop.

Cross Conveyors
With water cooled supporting beam, guaranteeing linearity and performance.

Mould pre-heating ovens
Gas or electricity powered heating with electronic temperature control. Provided with a cart to download and load moulds into the chamber.

Brush
Special brush for belt’s cleaning.
