Fix Network World, parent company of NOVUS Glass has announced plans for NOVUS Glass to enter the Spanish automotive aftermarket. Fix Auto acquired the global rights to NOVUS Glass last year and the decision for NOVUS to enter into Spain was made on November 21st, 2018.
“Spain is one of a number of regions around the world where we are currently assessing interest and partnerships. Fix Network World has plans to announce new territories for NOVUS Glass and Fix Auto in 2019,” Stephanie Corrente, Fix Network World communications and PR manager, said.
NOVUS Glass Spain will be run by master franchisee and CEO Luis Chao Jaramillo, and supported by operations and strategy director Fermín Hevia García.
“NOVUS is an industry leader and the inventor of glass repair, and we firmly believe in the integration of the collision and glass repair segments,” Jaramillo said.
Plans to enter Spanish market has been in the works in 2017.
“Our partnership with our Spanish master franchisee and his team grew and solidified in the last year. They have a wealth of experience delivering work provision solutions to collision repair shops, and understand the need to provide an integrated glass and collision solution to consumers, which made them a perfect fit for our business,” Corrente said.
Fix Auto expects to see overall growth in the future from its decision to enter into Spain.
“… [We want] to ensure the growth of our network, in Spain and around the world. We wish to develop a network of NOVUS Glass and Fix Auto locations across Spain to become a core solution to consumers, work providers, and independent business owners who wish to grow their business into the future of the automotive aftermarket space,” Corrente added.
