Submit your abstract (maximum 300 words) by November 17, 2024.
Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent by January 15, 2025. If your abstract is accepted into the conference program, you must confirm your participation by submitting your bio and picture via the online Speaker Portal by January 31, 2025. The invoice for the speaker fee will then be issued.
The speaker fee for GPD2025 Finland is 1850 EUR per author/speaker, university discounts applies. The fee includes one presentation in the conference program, the opportunity to publish a paper in the conference proceedings book, a distributed video of your presentation, general speaker promotion through GPD channels, and one event pass for the speaker. Additional event passes for co-authors can be purchased via the Speaker Portal for 1390 EUR per co-author or presenter. For additional presentations (up to 3), a fee of 350 EUR is charged per oral presentation and/or paper in the conference proceedings book upon acceptance. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
