Fiberglass products are manufactured in various widths and thicknesses with varying insulation values. The finished products are produced in the form of blowing wool or in rolls, batts or blankets and then packaged for warehouse storage. The products are primarily shipped to locations throughout the central United States.
There are five primary processes on site - one rotary insulation line to service the air handling market, two pot and marble insulation lines to service the HVAC OEM's and duct liner markets, two offline coater lines, one marble furnace, and one furnace for fiber manufacturing.
