An enterprise from Udmurtia - the company "August" - launched a new production of architectural glass units in Izhevsk. The money for the increase in capacity was provided by the Industrial Development Fund (VEB.RF Group).
The company has opened a new production hall for the production of hardened, energy-efficient and triplex architectural insulating glass units. The planned capacity of the workshop is 50 thousand square meters of products per year. Localization of production - 100%.
Architectural double-glazed windows are used for facade glazing of buildings. Tempered windows can withstand the impact of several kilograms of stone. Energy-saving double-glazed windows let in light and do not release heat from the interior. Triplex consists of several layers, which makes it especially durable and safe. When destroyed, the fragments do not fly away, but are held on the inner layer.
The customers of the finished products are developers of residential and commercial buildings who use tempered glass units for panoramic glazing, as well as manufacturers of aluminum and translucent metal structures.
At the end of 2020, "Production Base" August "(part of the" August "group) received a loan under the federal-regional program" Development Projects "in the amount of 25.2 million rubles, of which 17.6 million rubles was provided by the federal IDF, and 7 , 6 million rubles - regional IDF of Udmurtia. The total project budget exceeded 100 million rubles.
The funds raised were used to purchase equipment to create a full production cycle for processing flat glass.
