FEVE, the European Container Glass Industry Federation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Kemp as its new Senior Manager, Energy Policy. This key hire comes at a pivotal moment as the European container glass industry intensifies its commitment to decarbonizing production technologies and securing access to green energy at competitive prices. Mr. Kemp will spearhead a new workstream within FEVE, aimed at effectively bringing the industry’s voice to energy policy discussions at the EU level.
Max Kemp brings to FEVE a robust background in EU policy, particularly in climate and energy regulation. His previous roles at the European Federation of Local Energy Companies (CEDEC) and Milieu Law & Policy Consulting have equipped him with extensive experience in monitoring legislation and developing advocacy strategies. This expertise, combined with his solid legal foundation, will be invaluable as he leads FEVE’s efforts to navigate the complex energy landscape.
